I began my career in retail as a Store Manager at 7-Eleven, where I managed daily store operations, led teams of employees, handled hiring and training, monitored sales, controlled labor costs, and maintained strong customer service standards.
I later expanded into transportation management, overseeing dispatching, maintenance coordination, quality control, inventory processes, and customer-facing service delivery. Alongside this, I developed hands-on experience in e-commerce through managing an independent eBay store across multiple product categories.
